(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. ****.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.****gp. ****.cn); (2) Enterprise legal persons, public institutions, private non enterprise organizations or other organizations registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent capacity to bear civil liability; (3) This bidding is an online bidding, and suppliers must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (4) This procurement does not accept consortium bidding. (5) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises (measures for reserving quotas for small and medium-sized enterprises: overall reservation).
