(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具备建设部颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，拟派项目经理具备市政公用工程注册建造师二级及其以上资格。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: It shall possess a municipal public works construction general contracting qualification of level three or above issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the proposed project manager shall have a secondary or above registered constructor qualification for municipal public works. This project is specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises.
