简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：采购50套350兆PDT防爆手台（包括一机二电，防爆耳机）、200套配合PDT手台用的耳机、80套智能肩咪、100套多联充电器，用以满足分局在日常执勤执法工作、处理突发性事件等任务时的无线通信需求（具体要求详见招标文件第三章）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This procurement covers 50 sets of 350 MHz PDT explosion-proof handheld radios (each set includes one radio unit, two batteries and one explosion-proof headset), 200 sets of dedicated headsets compatible with PDT handheld radios, 80 sets of intelligent shoulder microphones, and 100 sets of multi-unit chargers. The purchased equipment is intended to meet the wireless communication requirements of the sub-bureau in daily law enforcement duties, emergency incident response and other operational tasks (see Chapter III of the tender documents for specific technical and functional requirements).
合同履约期限：签订合同后60天内到货。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3）本项目面向大、中、小、微型企业，事业法人、其他组织或自然人采购；4）为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
5）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
6）本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is open to large, medium, small and micro enterprises, institutional legal persons, other organizations and natural persons;(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project;
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
