Brief Specification Description: This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to undertake the mound monitoring work for the Qingxiang Port Wedge-shaped Green Space Project (Phase I).Project Location: The project is located in the core area of Lingang New Area. Its scope is bounded by Hucheng Ring Road to the north, West Huanhu No.3 Road to the south, Qingxiang Port to the east and Baijing Road to the west.
Brief Specification Description / Basic Project Introduction and Purpose: The project is situated in the core area of Lingang New Area, with its scope bounded by Hucheng Ring Road to the north, West Huanhu No.3 Road to the south, Qingxiang Port to the east and Baijing Road to the west. The scope of this procurement covers safety monitoring of the artificial mound, foundation and surrounding environment throughout the earth filling construction. Construction monitoring shall commence from foundation treatment, continue through the completion of mound filling, and conclude when th

（3） 具有独立承担民事责任的能力及相应的履约能力；
（4） 具备岩土工程专业岩土工程物探测试检测监测专业资质乙级及以上资质或具备自然资源部颁发的测绘乙级（含工程测量）及以上资质。
（5） 本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possess the capacity to independently bear civil liabilities and corresponding performance capacity.2. Hold Class B or higher qualification in geophysical exploration, testing, inspection and monitoring for geotechnical engineering, or Class B or higher Surveying and Mapping qualification (including engineering surveying) issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
3. Subcontracting of this project is not permitted
