***网光伏项目二期Gujaba木船运输劳务分包内容包含但不限于：***网光伏项目（二期）Gujaba 站点物资运输工作，运输货物包含：电气材料（光伏组件、逆变器、电缆、储能电池、电池直流柜、BMS 等）；配网材料（12kV 中压木杆、12kV 中压金具、导线、辅材等）；土建材料（光伏支架、水泥、钢筋等）。

The contents of the Labour Subcontract for Gujaba Wooden‑Boat Transportation, Suriname Village Microgrid Photovoltaic Project Phase II include, but are not limited to:

Be responsible for the transportation of goods to the Gujaba Site of Suriname Village Microgrid Photovoltaic Project (Phase II), including electrical materials (photovoltaic modules, inverters, cables, energy‑storage batteries, battery DC cabinets, BMS, etc.); distribution network materials (12 kV medium‑voltage wooden poles, 12 kV medium‑voltage fittings, conductors, auxiliary materials, etc.); civil‑engineering materials (photovoltaic supports, cement, steel bars, etc.).

五、资格要求与合同条件

1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级：具备劳务分包资质，并已通过中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的资格审查，并成为中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司的合格分包商。

To perform this Construction Contract, the Bidder shall, at a minimum: Possess Labor Subcontracting Qualification and Highway Traffic Engineering Professional Contracting, have passed the prequalification review by PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and be registered as its approved subcontractor.

1. 投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。

The tenderer must possess independent legal person status. This project does not accept bids submitted in the form of a consortium.

1. 为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。

To qualify for the award of the contract, the tenderer shall furnish satisfactory qualification documents to the tendering authority, demonstrating compliance with the tender eligibility criteria and the capability to perform the contract. To this end, the tender documents submitted shall include the following materials.

1. 有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。

Valid photocopies and scanned originals of documents establishing the legal status of the tenderer (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safety construction qualification certificate, certificate of legal representative or power of attorney for authorized agent, etc.), with photocopies bearing the original company seal.

1. 按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。

A completed organizational chart of the company in the prescribed format, detailing the proposed project manager for this project, on-site management personnel, and key construction personnel.

1. 按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。

A list of the primary construction machinery, equipment, or tools proposed for use in completing this project, provided in the prescribed format.

1. 完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。

A record of completed projects similar to this one, along with details of their contractual performance.

1. 中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同。

The successful bidder shall commence contract negotiations within five calendar days of receiving the notice of award and shall complete the signing of the contract within ten calendar days.
